Overview

Mr. Oh advises clients on various corporate transactions including Energy, Infrastructure, Project Finance and Asset Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets. Private equity funds, companies, investors, and lenders seek the benefit of Mr. Oh's counsel on a range of deals, often with a cross-border dimension. Mr. Oh also advises on international joint ventures, financings and other general corporate matters. A significant portion of his practice is devoted to advising Korean companies on their strategic engagements worldwide.
