Though he resides in NYC, NY, his services as a complex return reviewer and tax advisor have been retained by a fast-growing regional firm in Atlanta, Georgia due to his ability to analyze and structure client transactions in the most tax favorable manner enabling clients to minimize their Federal and State taxes. He specializes in the areas of IRS/State audit representation, mergers and acquisitions, estate and trust planning, and real estate investing.
