Overview
Mr. Kim is the managing attorney of JIKIM LAW. He handled various commercial and IP litigation at LG U+ and Hyundai Mobis Corporation. While at Hyundai, he successfully handled multinational patent litigation in Germany, Korea and the U.S. Moreover, he drafted and negotiated hundreds of complex business and technology agreements, including agreements related to IP licensing, sales, enterprise software, development, distribution, cross-licensing, settlement, and trademarks. In 2015 and 2017, Korea Aerospace Research Institute appointed Mr. Kim as an advisory counsel for South Korea's satellite GPS projects.
