Overview

Mr. Kim is the managing attorney at JIKIM LAW. He has handled a wide range of commercial and intellectual property litigation at LG U+ and Hyundai Mobis Corporation. While at Hyundai, he successfully managed multinational patent litigation in Germany, Korea, and the United States. In addition, Mr. Kim has drafted and negotiated hundreds of complex business and technology agreements, including those related to IP licensing, sales transactions, and patent and trademark matters. In 2015 and 2017, the Korea Aerospace Research Institute appointed Mr. Kim as advisory counsel for South Korea’s satellite GPS projects.
